One on One Coaching
Would you like more individual accountability? One-on-one coaching might be the solution for you. While you can have accountability through the group program, one-on-one coaching keeps you directly accountable for goals you would like to complete. Here is what’s included with one one-on-one coaching:
- Weekly calls to go over your goals and accomplishments.
- Access to The LMT Private Practice Success Guide (12 CE course!)
- Access to the group coaching community
- Reviewing your entire business & practices and setting up goals for success.
- Working on mindset roadblocks.
- Methods of marketing that will make it easier for you to get more clients in your practice.
- Personally helping you with obstacles you're trying to overcome in your business.
One-on-one coaching is like having a partner working with you in your business. Someone who you can share your business ideas with and help you make them a reality. You’ll have direct access to me anytime you have a question, need additional help, and look over anything you’re working on.

One on One Coaching is a Partnership
It’s not going to work unless you show up! I’ll always give you my best and keep you on task weekly. Here is what a typical coaching call will look like:
- The initial call will be about where you’re at in your massage career and where you want to be.
- If you’re still an employee and starting from scratch, we discuss your next steps. If you’re building your business, then we talk about marketing and how to get more clients into your practice.
- We set goals each week to accomplish, and this will keep you on track to become successful faster.
- We’ll talk about what could be hindering your progress and overcoming obstacles.
- Work on any marketing strategies you’re currently implementing in your practice.
- Work on mindset shifts and self-care practices so you’re always 100% when working at your practice.
- Working towards monthly monetary goals to know your numbers and increase income.
